Please note that shipping dates, delivery dates, and timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. We can only fulfill domestic orders to home and office addresses and do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Any shipping date shown represents the Acadia Farms LLS’s best estimate as of this date, but Acadia Farms LLC shall not incur any liability of any kind whatsoever for failure to ship on any particular date, unless firm shipping date has been expressly agreed to by an officer of the Company in a separately signed written instrument. Risk of loss shall pass to the Buyer when the goods are placed in the possession of a common carrier. Claims against the carrier shall be the responsibility of the Buyer, and claims against the Company for patent defects, errors, or shortages must be made in writing to the Company within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the goods, or such claims shall be deemed to have been waived.
Section 23 – Tetrahydrocannabinol Disclaimer
Acadia Farms LLC sells industrial-hemp derived products. Products of this nature often contain naturally occurring trace amounts of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). In accordance with federal legislation, the THC in Acadia Farms LLC’s products does not exceed 0.3% by weight to comply with federal definitions of industrial hemp. Acadia Farms LLC believes it highly unlikely that one would fail a drug test when using products purchased from this website, but that event is not impossible. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of this website and ordering Acadia Farms LLC’s products, you understand that failing a drug test is a possibility when using industrial-hemp derived products.
